After months of solitary training ergometer, looking for late performance, I had come into this Rowing Camp Saint Cassian, boat sharing, conviviality, the expertise of very major sports.

Charly (Note: FRC coach, Olympic medalist and former coach of the Pole France in Lyon) was a legend for me, I was able to approach him. Dan a reference for any rower, carrier rare human values.

I was overwhelmed with satisfaction

The supervisors device on the water, was reinforced with Gervaise and Violaine . Violaine made me appreciate gently sessions of stretching. Marc and Philippe , medical duo, were attentive and efficient.

Each output pattern was set concentration and ability to adapt to the maximum. As a kid, I expected the constitution crews decided by Dan. At the announcement, delighted, surprised, sometimes even worried, completed training sequence, I was eventually always satisfied.

Acceptance of rowing with less experienced people often resulting each time a pleasure to contribute to their progress. The attention of the whole class, listening to the supervisors, was remarkable.

Technically, Dan and Charlie gave me specific answers to me now translate into effectiveness on the water.

We will have with the Versailles Group, a first opportunity to mark our progress on 13 March, 8 tip, the regattas of Versailles.

I will close this testimony welcoming the initiative of the FRC. The device can probably find areas for improvement. He will always incorporate this unique opportunity to share our passion for rowing with rowers and paddlers who we would not have had the happiness to live these moments of conviviality, these emotional moments on the water.

Saturday morning, the crew of this 2 – Joint point had been made with Stephanie. Faced with this new mobilisai I concentrated with determination all means I prepared physically and technically to adapt. We found the balance of support. We progressed in silence on a pool agitated by a steady headwind.

On the way back, as we meet, the wind had calmed down. Flat, the boat was heard her slip. I dared a little force despite my fear of spoiling everything. Dan joined us under the post adjustment that worked immediately.

We took advantage, players, the last length to accelerate.

Thank you and see you soon
